Mr. Clift joined the company in 1986, as Vice President, General Manager, Pressure Pipe Division. During his tenure with the company, he also managed the Composite Pipe Division, which was sold in 1992. In January 1996, Mr. Clift was promoted to President of the Pipe Systems Group and Executive Vice President of the company. He is also a Director of the national trade association for PCCP (ACPPA). Prior to joining the company, Mr. Clift was manager of the Pipe and Mechanical Divisions of Canron, Inc., Toronto, Canada, the leading producer, in Canada, of ductile iron, PVC and PCCP pipe. Mr. Clift has had previous management experience in the pulp and paper, and housing industries. A graduate of McGill University, Montreal, Quebec (B.Eng.-Civil-1968) and University of Western Ontario, London (MBA-1971), Mr. Clift is a dual citizen of Canada and the U.S. Mr. Clift is active in the Dayton community, including positions as a Trustee of the Widows Home Foundation and Senior Warden of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Oakwood.

Mr. Pape joined the company in 1985 after fifteen years with a competitor. He is a graduate of Western New England College, Springfield, Massachusetts (B.S. Mechanical Engineering, 1969). In his career in the PCCP industry, Mr. Pape has designed and built all types of process equipment, and supervised installation and start-up of projects in many countries. Mr. Pape is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, including purchasing, scheduling, capital improvements and regulatory compliance, and all equipment and facilities engineering.

Mr. Paul joined the company in 1988 as Assistant Treasurer and became Treasurer in 1991. Mr. Paul is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio (BS-1974) and University of Cincinnati (MBA-1982). Prior to joining the company, Mr. Paul held a number of financial positions with firms in the rubber and plastic products and retailing industries. Mr. Paul was extensively involved with the negotiation and financing of the China joint ventures of the company. In his position as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Paul has responsibility for all financial and administrative functions, including accounting, taxes, information systems and human resources.

Mr. Stoner is a graduate of University College, Cardiff, Wales (BSC-Civil Engineering-1970). After fifteen years of construction project manager experience in the Middle East and UK, Mr. Stoner joined Price Brothers (UK) Ltd., Weybridge, Surrey, England, and two years later became Managing Director (1987). Mr. Stoner is the author of a number of papers on concrete pressure pipe. In his current position, Mr. Stoner is responsible for all aspects of support, services and equipment supply to existing contracts, as well as development of other pipe technology opportunities worldwide.

Mr. Evers is a graduate of The College of William and Mary of Williamsburg, Va. and is of counsel to the firm of Chernesky, Heyman and Kress, P.L.L. of Dayton, Ohio. He serves on the Board of Education for the Centerville City School District. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Education and the Centerville Education Foundation. He served previously on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan YMCA.

Mr. Stockton is a civil engineer (BSCE-Ohio Northern University-1961) and joined the company in 1961. His career with Price Brothers has included quality assurance, product development, marketing, and international development. He is an active member in trade association activities and technical and specification writing committees (ASCE, ACPA, ACPPA, ASTM). He has in-depth knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of all types of concrete pipe and precast structures.

Mr. Stockton retired as Senior Vice President in March 2004, but continues to serve as a Director of Price Brothers Company.
